Hello! We invite you to join us for a day of talks and discussion about the current situation of housing in Lewishamand the proposal of a community led housing development on a empty council-owned site situated at the end of Church Grove in Ladywell. You can drop in anytime during the day.
Who? We are a Community Land Trust: a voluntary group of local people who are working towards providing sustainable, social and affordable housing for the benefit of the community. As local residents and constituents of Lewisham we want your input and we need your help.
Why? There is a housing crisis in London and Lewisham is in need of more affordable housing. Developers seek profit, the council seeks social housing, we as civil society seek a balance between people and planet that benefits everyone for now and into the future.
When? Saturday 18th October, 12-6pm
