12 Church Grove from the entrance courtyard

Our address: 12 Church Grove, Ladywell, London, SE13 7UU.

Find us on Google Maps.

The 36 flats at 12 Church Grove and the Community Hub are all at the very end of Church Grove, to the left. There is a paved square with four car parking spaces (reserved for blue badge and car club use only).

To access the flats, there are four entrances.

The main entrance is up on to the central deck (via stairs or ramp). The door to the main entrance is to the left, between the letterboxes. This door gives access all flats via the lift and bridges. Enter the number of the flat you need on the main call panel and the resident will be able to answer your call and open the door remotely.

All flats can also be accessed via ramps and stairs, using three further call panels. These open low metal gates, not doors. The laundry gate is directly opposite the main entrance, up on the deck. The call panel is to the right of the laundry door. Please note – when you call, the automatic voice will say ‘the door is open’ but it is the gate to the right of the building that is unlocked.

As you face the bridge between the two buildings from the car park, you’ll find the west ramp call panel to your left (just beyond the car parking area). For the the east ramp call panel, turn right and follow the brick wall along to the hub courtyard.

To access the RUSS Community Hub

To access the Hub building, stay on ground level and follow the brick wall round to the right. Go past a pair of green metal gates, with the bike shed to your right. There is a low wooden building ahead of you. The hub entrance is at the back, using the path to the right of the building.

The Community Hub is visible at the far end, beyond the green gates and the bike shed

The hub is not visible from Ladywell Road. Please note: the Hub is only open for advertised events or by appointment..
