The Hub is on one level and fully accessible for wheelchair users. The multi-use space can accommodate up to 30 people (seated) for events like meetings, talks and small conferences. For stand-up functions the venue can accommodate 45 people.
Superfast broadband is included in the hire fee, along with access to a projector and screen, small kitchen (equipped with microwave, fridge, kettle, electric hot water urn and crockery), heat and light.
Available times for hire:
- Monday to Friday 8am – 9pm
- Saturday 9am – 9pm
- Sunday 10am – 5pm
Planning conditions mean we cannot hire the space out at other times.
Full day (8 hours, up to 6pm) £200 (+ £40 VAT)
Half day (4 hours, up to 6pm) £105 (+ £21 VAT)
Sunday rate (7 hours, 10 to 5pm) £200 (+ £40 VAT)
Evenings 7pm-9pm £70 (+ £14 VAT)
Hourly rate, anytime £35 (+ £7 VAT)
All venue hire must be paid in advance and in full.

You can make an initial check of availability for yourself on our calendar. Please note that a date that shows as clear on the calendar is not necessarily available to book as there may be a number of events pencilled for confirmation. Please send your booking request (dates, times) to our volunteer hub manager, Olly. He will confirm availability and book the agreed date for you.
