We are thrilled to announce that following the submission of our Expression of Interest for the renewal of the historic Ladywell Playtower, Lewisham Council has officially selected RUSS as one of the shortlist candidates invited to submit a full bid.
This is a major milestone in our journey to bring this cherished local landmark back to life as a vibrant, community-led asset.

What’s Next?
Being shortlisted means RUSS will now progress to the next stage of the process, drawing on our progress to date, working hard to develop and submit a comprehensive and compelling bid to the Council.
