RUSS has recently undertaken a survey of its Members to get a better feel for their views on volunteering, their thoughts about a proposal to introduce a regular monthly donation to RUSS (for those Members that can afford it), and to get a clearer understanding of the diversity/demographics of our Members.

The key findings included a willingness among our members to volunteer more (around 40 per cent of respondents said they were prepared to do more). The survey also suggests that about two thirds of our members would be prepared to make a monthly donation to RUSS, and around half would be happy to pay a little extra if, in return, we provided – for example – free entrance to one of the School’s regular workshops.

The survey also has a lot of information about the demographics of our 900+ members.
