Please read our Allocations Policy carefully before you apply to assess whether you meet our eligibility criteria. There are three key criteria used for determining the eligibility of applicants, which are: Affordability, Local Connection and Community Commitment.
To apply, please fill out an Expression of Interest Form by the deadline date.
You’ll be asked to provide evidence of your local connection and proof of funds, so please leave enough time to complete your application.
Due to the terms of the Church Grove leases, sales via the RUSS Community Land Trust must complete within a tight timescale. We advise that before applying you consider whether you would be able to secure finance and move within four months. If not, this opportunity may not be suitable for you.
