In April 2024 the RUSS Board approved a post-occupation allocations policy (Allocations Policy v.7). The main change is that there will no longer be waiting lists for distinct ‘pools’ (divided according to the size of flat and type of tenure) but one single contact list for people who wish to be informed about any future vacancies at 12 Church Grove. When a flat becomes available, details will be published to the contact list and more widely on social media.
