To support our vision creating sustainable community-led neighbourhoods and truly affordable homes across London, we are currently active in three main areas:
Church Grove
Our first housing project at Church Grove in Ladywell will start on site in early 2021. It will create a community of 36 new permanently affordable, innovative, self-build homes: find out more about the Church Grove project here.
The RUSS School of Community-led Housing
We have been proactive in sharing our knowledge and experience in developing community-led sustainable housing through the RUSS School of Community-Led Housing – read more about the School programme here.
The RUSS Hub
On the same site as our first housing project, we have built a temporary self-build training centre and community space which opened to the public in February 2020. Read more about how the Ladywell Self-Build Community Hub was built here. Now known simply as The Hub, it is available for hire either community gatherings, co-working or events.
